Where do you start? Where do you begin?
The holidays are over, the New Year is here (YAY!!!!) NOW is the time to buckle things down, get back on track, and commit to your fitness and weight loss goals!

You are finally making time to take care of yourself. Ok, so now that you have the time, where do you begin???

Where do you need to workout? What do you need to do? 

Should you do HIIT? Classes? Lift weights and strength train, or will that make you bulky? You worry about getting hurt because you've been hurt before, and that just scares you. 

What about eating? 

What diet are you suppose to be on? What are you supposed to eat? Keto? But isn't that bad for you? Atkins? Paleo? Intermittent fasting? What about that new vegetarian documentary, wasn't that supposed to solve all the problems?

Talk about confusing! I mean one method swears by their way on how you lose weight, look great, make your ex jealous, make your partner want you more, increase your credit score, and make a million dollars all while living your best life. (sigh... I wish)

Then the other method(s) call BS how you'll just make yourself fatter, sick, and just kill yourself slowly. How you need to 'wake-up' and become 'educated' because if you do follow the other's method, you're killing the planet, and you're a leftist boomer who can't program a cell phone and are the reason that millennials have problems. (Whoa....! That escalated quickly.)

Dramatic? Maybe, but you get the point. 

It's hard to know where to start and where to begin with so much conflicting information out there that it's just easier to say 'screw it' and go back to doing what you were doing in the first place. 

If you feel that way, I'm here to tell you that It's not your fault. 

It's hard to sort through all the BS, buzz words, and hype to find out what would work for you. Wouldn't it be nice to just have someone tell you what to do, so you don't have to do any of the thinking?

  • Small-Group Personal Training - You'll be apart of our small group (6-8 people per coach) metabolic strength workouts 3xweek at our studio. If you haven't worked out in a while- that's OK! We have a fun, supportive, judgment-free community, and we promise you'll fit right in! To learn more about it read the FAQ below :-)
  • Workouts to do at home - It's called 50 Days of Fitness for a reason. You will get workouts for you to do on your own, depending on what you have access to AND your schedule. No special equipment needed, but if you have some or access to a gym, then great!
  • Nutrition Coaching: We cut straight though the BS and find what works for YOU, YOUR body, and YOUR goals. We aren't married to any particular dietary system, we understand that everyone is different and responds to different things; we find out what YOUR best diet should be. Hint... for most it's not keto
  • ​ Complete 2020 Success Manual: You’ll get a detailed success manual that's loaded with success tips and strategies to get you best results possible.

What Is The Fee For This Challenge?
Your fee is 1 payment of $299, or TWO payment of $150 (space is limited, this program fills up fast) and what's great about the challenge is if you are not satisfied for whatever reason you can request a full refund within the first 3 weeks.
Who is The Challenge For?
We primarily focus on those in their 30's to 50's that are wanting to get in the best shape of their lives. 

But any fitness level can participate in this challenge. Our trainers will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some have specific dietary needs; some have 100 pounds to lose.
What if My Schedule Changes Weekly?
We get it! In fact about a 1/3 of our clients here have schedules that change on the frequent (we have a lot of nurses for example), with that said as long as we can look at your, and our, schedules we will schedule you for whatever time slots we have that's convenient. 

This way you're not held to a slot that you may not always make.
What if I Have Trip or Vacation Planned?
You may have a short vacation or business trip scheduled and that's perfectly cool! 

You will NOT lose that time that you're gone, instead, we just make it up when you get back. THOUGH we will send you workouts to do on your own to keep you 'somewhat' in check.
When Does This Challenge Start?
Your 50-Days of Fitness starts when YOU start; this is a rolling admission so no hard start or stop dates. The last day we are taking people for this challenge is Jan 31st
What Are The Classes Like?
Would you believe they are NOT classes; more like small groups of your best friends working out together.

How this works is you will work with a personal trainer with 7-8 people, BUT you will have YOUR OWN individual designed program; so your not doing what everyone else is doing. You're doing your OWN workout built for YOUR goals and YOUR ability.

You will still have the trainer right there; coaching, spotting and pushing you on the exercises that you need help with but there are other times you don't need us counting to 30seconds for you (take a plank for example).
How Long Are The Sessions?
As long as they need to be ;-)

All jokes aside, we like to safely plan for an hour with us, BUT if you've been having too many cheat meals or eating too many Oreos, we've been known to hold you longer until we get you back on track. 

We don't mind :-P
Is Your Gym Like Crossfit?
Crossfit is a sport and if your interest is that then you're going to have better success at a Crossfit box. 

We are more of a Transformation Center, meaning people come to us with a specific problem and specific goals. We design a program that gets them from where they are to where they want to be. 

Crossfit builds you around the workouts we build the workouts around you.
