You’ve been working out pretty steadily for the past several years, heck maybe even several decades. You like to think that you live the ‘fitness’ lifestyle.
You read the magazines; you’ve checked out some websites, trained for a few goals/events, you even help others around you with their diets and workout plans and maybe even worked with a personal trainer for a short time.
Safe to say you have some season to you. You're not a newbie.
You have a plan, you know what you’re going to do in the gym, most of the time, and you know how to eat healthily… but your body just isn’t where you want it to be.
Sure, maybe you indulge here at there. Maybe a few more times than you think you should, but you know you’ll work it off. Right? #lies
Now you have some ‘old’ injuries from the years that you have to work around. Could be your knees, shoulder, or heck everything from the eyebrows down that you have to be creative with.
You want to get to that next level; you're not quite sure what exactly that is but you know that your body is capable of more and you finally what to get pushed but where you do you go and who do you learn from?
I mean you don’t want to listen to any Joe Shmoe meathead trainer at the local gym.
If you can relate to ANY of that, I may have a solution for you…
